What’s Your Opinion of Don Miller?

Don Miller’s latest, A Million Miles in a Thousand Years, released in paperback yesterday.

You probably don’t know this, but I’m a huge Don Miller fan. I read Blue Like Jazz almost four years ago now and it still stays with me. When I found out he had a blog, I subscribed, and every day I’m blown away. Seriously.

One of the things that I love about him is the way he approaches the idea of Christianity in a mainstream world. He doesn’t have us strap on our wings and preach the Good News, but rather to let our faith shine from within and be seen. (This is also, incidentally, while I loved Culture Making by Andy Crouch. Read my post here.)

So, on that note, I encourage you to pick up a copy of A Million Miles and enjoy. I certainly plan on it as soon as I can. Also, watch the video below.

  1. Sarah G. says :

Donald Miller is great. I also have a copy of Blue Like Jazz that I lug across the country with me. Wish you could be at Dordt next month; Andy Crouch is coming to visit.

    Anyway, great post!
