This Made Me Happy

I received this wonderful comment yesterday, by none other than Suzanne Beecher, the author of “Muffins & Mayhem,” which I reviewed for Alimentum. With her permission, I thought I would share it:

Kate, Thank you kindly for such a warm hearted review of my book, “Muffins and Mayhem: Recipes for a Happy (if disorderly) Life”. You’re right, stories and food continue to be in the center of my life. My grandson, Paul, and I have been baking together once a week, since he was three years old, he’ll be five in December. Paul levels flour, mixes, measures and even rolls pie dough. I hope someday when he has a family of his own, and he’s rolling the pie crusts for Christmas dinner, Paul will think back and remember baking with Grandma.

Warmest regards, Suzanne Beecher

So geeked.
